Refund policy

If you purchased or received a product directly from kleankanteen.co.uk and would like to return or exchange it within 14 days, we can issue you a refund. Returned goods must be in perfect, unused condition and must be made within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we will not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect.

Please note, if you have a Warranty Claim for a Klean Kanteen with a manufacturer defect, please fill out the warranty return/replacement form at https://www.kleankanteen.co.uk/pages/warranty

If you purchased your product from a retail store or a website other than kleankanteen.co.uk, please go directly to the original place of purchase.
