Extended Returns Policy
To make your Christmas shopping stress-free, we’re offering an extended return period. Items purchased between 1st and 24th December 2024 can be returned until 12th January 2025. Products must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging.
Returns
If you purchased or received a product directly from kleankanteen.co.uk and would like to return it within 14 days, we can issue you a refund. Returned goods must be in perfect, unused condition and must be made within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we will not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect.
Normal wear and tear such as dents and scratches are not covered under warranty. If you ordered your product directly from kleankanteen.co.uk and it arrived damaged, you must notify us by email at sales@kleankanteen.co.uk and return the goods unused and in the condition in which you received them.

Please note, if you have a Warranty Claim for a Klean Kanteen with a manufacturer defect, please fill out the warranty return/replacement form.
If you purchased your product from a retail store or a website other than kleankanteen.co.uk, please go directly to the original place of purchase.
If You Received the Wrong Product
If you received the wrong product in your shipment, or are missing something from your order, please contact us direct at sales@kleankanteen.co.uk. To expedite a resolution, please indicate your web order number (starts with KKUK-), as well as the item that was shipped in error or was missing from your order. We will process a replacement shipment and provide return instructions if applicable as soon as possible.
